Getting started

1. Accept your Sentire invitation and create your Sentire ID account.
2. Sign in using the service link supplied by Sentire.
3. Configure your domain DNS records exactly as provided during onboarding.
4. Create users and groups through the approved administration workflow.

Keep your account secure

• Use a unique password and multi-factor authentication where offered.
• Keep recovery information private.
• Remove access promptly when a staff member leaves.
• Report unexpected sign-in prompts or mail-routing changes to support.
